Due to the nature of our natural rose and arranged gift products, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error in the arrangement, please contact us within two hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the product. We will then take the appropriate action (replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the situation).
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
